Every hat design lives in two lists, and this app sits on top of both:
① Design Pipeline — every design from submission to delivery (Submitted → Ordered → Received → Dropped). This is the old tracker, kept alive. It feeds the On order number on Glance.
② Style Catalog — a design gets registered here with its team, colorway and SKU when the tech pack is signed. Only registered styles appear in the Receive dropdown — that's what makes labels print and (later) Shopify work.
1 Sort the hats by design. Size-order each design. Pack the box.
2 Receive tab → pick the design from the dropdown. Not there? Zoe registers it first; box waits in the TO LOG bin.
3 Tap + for each size as you pack it. Qty counts itself. (OK to skip sizes for now and just type the total.)
4 The zone suggests itself from the creator. Pick the shelf. Newest goes on top.
5 Save box → Print label → stick it on the box.
6 Shelve it at the location printed on the label. Done.
1 Move a box → update it here. Scan the box's QR (phone camera) → tap Move → two taps, done.
2 No label, no shelf. Unlabeled boxes live in the TO LOG bin, never on shelves.
3 New creator, team, or colorway? It gets added to its list in the sheet first — ask Zoe or Teddy.
